Westbury Executive Club Membership Benefits:
1. Guest Room Benefits:
A. Members shall be entitled to receive 10% off the best publicly available rates on all room categories. A valid Membership Card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Subject to availability. Member need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above rate. Non-Transferable.
B. One (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Reservation must be made no more than thirty (30) days in advance. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
C. Two (2) “Free Upgrade” certificates each entitling Member to a complimentary upgrade to next category room for duration of stay per certificate; subject to advance bookings, availability and applicable to only “paid” nights. Not valid when using any complimentary night certificate(s), excluding any upgrades to suites. Non-Transferable.
D. Flexible check in, not to exceed two (2) hours before posted time, only if available.
E. Flexible check out, not to exceed two (2) hours after posted time, only if available.
Guest Room Benefits are not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group bookings. Black out periods include, but are not limited to London Fashion Week, and some Sotheby’s Events. Hotel to alert HMC within 60 days of any specific black-out dates to occur. Members need not be present at the time of their guests’ check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.
2. Dining Benefits:
Each restaurant at Hotel shall honor Memberships and provide the discount described below for a minimum of two (2) persons with no restriction on the maximum number of persons. Members shall receive a discount equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is the number of persons dining (e.g., a fifty percent (50%) discount on the total food purchased by the Member and one guest, a one-third (33-1/3%) discount to a Member and two guests). Max one membership card per table. Members dining alone shall receive a 15% discount.
Hotel restaurants shall accept payment from Members in the form of each acceptable credit card or other form of payment accepted from the general public for the total bill, after crediting the Member with the applicable Membership discount. All food must be purchased during the restaurants’ operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants’ regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or “clip-ons.”
The discount shall not be applied to (a) alcoholic beverages; (b) applicable taxes; (c) orders made off-premises or through room service; and (d) discounted dining specials or Hotel promotions independent of the Membership Program.

- Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for two (2) glasses of champagne to be enjoyed during the week of their Wedding Anniversary. Non-transferable.
* Complimentary Champagne Certificates:
- Member shall receive three (3) certificates each valid for two (2) complimentary glasses of champagne upon arrival whilst having a three-course meal. Certificates are not valid with any other promotions or discounts. Transferable.
* Complimentary House Wine for Table of 4:
- Member shall receive two (2) certificates valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to local liquor laws, when member dines with 3 (party of 4). Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Non-transferable.
* Afternoon Tea Certificates:
- Each Member shall receive three (3) certificates valid for 50% off afternoon tea. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
* Complimentary Afternoon Tea Certificates:
- Each Member shall receive two (2) certificates valid for one (1) complimentary afternoon tea for two. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
* Meetings & Banquets Certificates:
- Each Member shall receive two (2) certificates valid for 25% off total catering/banquets bill with any meeting booked with a maximum purchase of up to 20 delegates. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.
* Special Occasion Certificate:
- Each Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for 50% discount off the total food bill when dining with six (6) to twelve (12) people. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Non-Transferable.
* Referral Card Incentive:
- Members shall receive one (1) referral card form entitling member to one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, upon submission of names of five (5) friends or colleagues that may be solicited for potential membership. Non-transferable.
* Renewal Incentive:
- Members shall receive one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine voucher upon renewal of annual membership. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Non-transferable.
