The Greenway Executive Club Membership Benefits
1. Guest Room Benefits:
A. Members shall be entitled to receive 10-25% off the best publicly available rates on all room categories. A valid Membership Card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Reservations are subject to availability and valid only with 7-day advance reservation and restricted on allocated rooms. Member need not be present at time of his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates. The Hotels reserve the right, at times, to offer promotional rates that will be lower than the CLUBHOTEL member rate. Transferable.
B. One (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night including breakfast at The Greenway to be included as a benefit of the “The Greenway Executive Club” membership package only. This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Reservation must be made no less than fifteen (15) days in advance. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
C. One (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night including breakfast with the purchase of two (2) nights at any Von Essen Country Set or Luxury Family Set Hotel to be included as a benefit of the “The Greenway Executive Club” membership package only. This three (3) night stay must be consecutive. This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Reservation must be made no less than fifteen (15) days in advance. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
D. Two (2) “Free Upgrade” certificates entitling Member to a complimentary upgrade to next category room for duration of any stay per certificate; subject to advance bookings, availability and applicable to only “paid” nights. This benefit to be included in the “The Greenway Executive Club” membership package only. Not valid when using any complimentary night certificate(s). Non-Transferable.
E. All Extraneous Services benefit. Member’s staying in-house may receive 20% discount on all extraneous services as defined by Hotels. Included may be phone charges, laundry and dry cleaning, items consumed from the mini bar, etc. Non-Transferable.
F. Two (2) 50% off rack rate certificates entitling Members to 50% off rack rate at The Greenway to be sold as a benefit of the “The Greenway Executive Club” membership package only. A valid membership card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
G. Flexible check in, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time if available.
H. Flexible check out, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available.
Guest Room Benefits are not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group bookings. Members need not be present at the time of their guests’ check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.
2. Dining Benefits:
All Hotels’ restaurants shall honor Memberships and provide the discount described below for a minimum of two (2) persons with no restriction on the maximum number of persons. Members shall receive a discount equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is the number of persons dining (e.g., a fifty percent (50%) discount on the total food purchased by the Member and one guest, a one-third (33-1/3%) discount to a Member and two guests). Max one membership card per table. Members dining alone shall receive a 15% discount.
Hotels’ restaurants shall accept payment from Members in the form of each acceptable credit card or other form of payment accepted from the general public for the total bill, after crediting the Member with the applicable Membership discount. All food must be purchased during the restaurants’ operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants’ regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or “clip-ons.”
The discount shall not be applied to (a) alcoholic beverages; (b) applicable taxes; (c) orders made off-premises or through room service; and (d) discounted dining specials or Hotels promotions independent of the Membership Program. Food portion includes soft drinks, water, coffee & tea and will be discounted accordingly.

3. High Speed Internet Benefits (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Members shall receive 50% discount off high-speed internet services. Member needs to be an in-house guest at time of service. Non-transferable.
4. Business Centre Benefits (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Members shall receive 25% discount off services at all Hotels’ Business Centers. Member needs to be an in-house guest at time of service. Non-transferable.
5. Von Essen Spa Benefits (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Members shall receive five (5) one-time use certificates for 15% off at any Von Essen Hotel Spa. Some spa treatments will be restricted. Subject to advance reservations and space availability. Non-Transferable.
6. Additional Membership Certificates:
* Referral Card Incentive:
Members shall receive one (1) referral card form entitling member to a £25 voucher upon submission of names of five (5) friends or colleagues that may be solicited for potential membership. Non-transferable.
* Meetings & Banquets Certificates (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Each Member shall receive two (2) certificates valid for 25% off total catering/banquets bill with any meeting booked with a maximum purchase of up to 20 delegates. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.
* Special Occasion Certificate (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Each Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for 50% discount off the total food bill when dining with six (6) to twelve (12) people. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Non-Transferable.
* Cash Voucher Certificates (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Member shall receive two (2) certificates, each valid for £25 to be used anywhere in the Hotels. Certificates cannot be combined with restaurant discount, or any other program certificates and the two cash certificates cannot be used together. Non-Transferable.
* Spa Treatment Certificates (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Member shall receive two (2) certificates, each valid for £25 to be used in any Von Essen Spa for spa treatments. Certificates cannot be combined with any other program certificates and the two cash certificates cannot be used together. Certain restrictions apply to certain spa treatments. Non-Transferable.
* Complimentary Birthday Certificate (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for (2) complimentary desserts to be enjoyed during the week of their Birthday. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Non-transferable.
* Complimentary Anniversary Certificate (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for two (2) glasses of champagne to be enjoyed during the week of their Wedding Anniversary. Non-transferable.
* Complimentary Champagne Certificates (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Member shall receive three (3) certificates each valid for two (2) complimentary glasses of champagne upon arrival whilst having a three-course meal. Certificates are not valid with any other promotions or discounts. Transferable.
* Complimentary House Wine for Table of 4 (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Member shall receive two (2) certificates valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to local liquor laws, when member dines with 3 (party of 4). Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Non-transferable.
* Afternoon Tea Certificates (“The Greenway Executive Club”):
Each Member shall receive three (3) certificates valid for 50% off high. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
* Renewal Incentive:
Members shall receive one (1) £25 voucher upon renewal of annual membership, to be enjoyed at any Hotels’ outlet. Non-transferable.
