Jade Program
There are two different tiers of membership available: Silver Card or Jade Card.
Jade Card Benefits:
1. Dining Benefits:
The following discounts exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages/alcoholic beverages and are valid at all restaurants. Non-Transferable. Not valid for outside catering. Valid only one card per booking. Valid only for one card per table.
50% for cardholder and one guest
33% for cardholder and two guests
25% for cardholder and three guests
20% for card holder and four guests
16.6% for card holder and five guests
15% for card holder and six guests or more
20% for cardholder alone
DINING BLACKOUT DATES (Dining) Only
1. Card/ Dinning Vouchers cannot be used on any of the following dates –
1. (Spring festival) Chinese New Year’s Eve, Chinese New Year’s Day (the first 5 days),
2. Valentines Day (Feb 14th ),
3. Christmas Eve (Dec 24th ),
4. New Year’s Eve (Dec 31st ),
5. Hangzhou International Fireworks Festival
6. All National holidays
2. Two (2) 50% off certificates on total food bill (excluding tobacco, taxes and gratuities) at any participating restaurant for a table of 14 persons maximum. Not valid in conjunction with any other standard dining benefits. Only 1 (one) voucher can be used on any one occasion, Transferable.
3. One (1) certificate for a 1.5-pound (1.5lbs) birthday cake. Transferable.
4. One (1) certificate for a bottle of House Wine. Transferable.
5. Lounge/Bar Benefits:
20% off on total bill (excluding tobacco, taxes and gratuities) on Garden Bar and Lobby lounge, excluding Happy Hour. Non-Transferable.
6. Deli Benefits:
20% off in Deli. Non-Transferable.
7. Parking:
Complimentary parking will be provided when using any hotel facilities.
8. Referral Card Incentive:
Holder will receive one (1) spouse Jade Program number upon submission of five (5) friends or colleagues of which two (2) purchase Jade Package. This number allows the spouse to enjoy the dining discount as listed in the Point 1, independently of the Jade Holder.
9. CLUBHOTEL: Benefits:
Complimentary CLUBHOTEL card. Non-Transferable. Not valid in Hangzhou.
10. Guest Room Benefits:
A. Two (2) certificates each valid for one (1) complimentary room night in a Hill view Room upgradeable, on payment of an additional RMB300 and subject to availability, to an Lake view Room. Transferable. Certificate(s) shall be presented at the time of registration.
B. Two (2) certificates valid for upgrade for one night to a Lake view Room when paying any rate for a room. Subject to availability and applicable to “paid” room only. Not valid when using the complimentary night stay certificate(s). Transferable.
C. Five (5) certificates each for a discount of fifty percent (50%) off rack rate on the category of room booked. Transferable.
D. Thirty percent (30%) off rack rate for all room type, single or double. Transferable.
ACCOMMODATION BLACKOUT DATES.
• All guest room certificates cannot be used on any of the following dates

11. Business Center:
20% off Business Center Services, excluding travel, broadband internet, communications and all procuratored services. Non-Transferable.
12. Health Club:
A. 5% discount off Health Club Membership
B. 10% discount off standard price list for services/products in Health Club
13. Sliver Card members can enjoy all benefits excluding points 10-12.
