You’ll be tempted to graze the elaborate buffet in Restaurant Voltes, but the à la carte menu is equally enticing. Chef brings French flair to the international selection, which is highlighted by the Caesar salad and the beef medallions

Bar Scenario
The wrought iron gates at Scenario Bar lead to a comfortable spot overlooking the pool terrace. Soft lighting from the iron chandeliers create just the right ambiance for gathering with friends, connecting with a colleague or spending the evening with a special someone. The Macua is the house specialty drink favored by locals largely because it’s made with Flor de Caña Nicaraguan rum. Sushi bar is open Thursday through Saturday.
