Membership Benefits
1. Dining Benefits:
Participating restaurants: Dragon Court Chinese Restaurant, Chilli Peppers Sichuan Restaurant, Bravo Italian Restaurant and Little Dongbei Restaurant.
A. Standard Dining Discount
The following discounts exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages/alcoholic beverages are valid at all participating hotel restaurants. Not valid for outside catering. Valid only one card per booking, per table, per party, per time. Non-Transferable.
a) 50% for cardholder and one (1) guest
b) 33% for cardholder and two (2) guests
c) 25% for cardholder and three (3) guests
d) 20% for cardholder and four (4) guests to ten (10) guests
e) 10% for cardholder alone
Member enjoys twenty percent (20%) discount off at Urashima Japanese Restaurant. Non-transferable.
For "Birds' Nest", "Abalone", "Shark Fin" and live seafood member will enjoy ten percent (10%) discount off.
B. Eight (8) ‘One-hundred RMB (RMB100) Cash’ certificates valid at all participating restaurants. One redeemable certificate per visit. Certificates can be used in conjunction with standard dinning benefits. Transferable.
C. Two (2) "Special Occasion" certificates for forty percent (40%) discount on the total food bill (exclusive of 15% service charge) at all participating hotel restaurants, when dining at a table of six (6) to twelve (12) people. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.
D. One (1) "Complimentary House Wine" certificate valid for one (1) bottle of complimentary house wine to be enjoyed when 4 or more guests dining at participating hotel restaurants. Non-Transferable.
E. One (1) "Complimentary Cake" certificate valid for a complimentary birthday or anniversary cake to be enjoyed during the week of member’s birthday or anniversary when dining at all participating hotel restaurants. Non-Transferable.
2. Guest Room Benefits
A. Preferred Room Rate. Ten percent (10%) off the best available room rate to all room type, valid seven (7) days per week. Subject to availability. Member/ membership need not be present at time of his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates. Transferable.
B. Two (2) "Complimentary Night Stay" certificates. Each certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay (without breakfast) valid at Loong Palace Hotel Beijing. This benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Complimentary night stay is applicable to superior room. Valid seven (7) days per week. Non-Transferable.
C. Two (2) "Buy One Get One Night Free" certificates. Each entitling Member to a second night complimentary room when purchase first night with rack rate. Not valid when using any complimentary night certificate(s), excluding any upgrades to suites. Transferable.
D. One (1) "Complimentary Executive Floor Upgrade" certificate. Entitling member to a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room for up to maximum three (3) nights per stay. Subject to availability and applicable to only "paid" bookings. Non-Transferable.
E. Special Check-in/out Times. Flexible check-in and check-out time, not to exceed four (4) hours before/after posted time. Subject to availability.
Guest room benefits are not valid for bookings through third parties or for group or block bookings. Members need not be present at the time of their guests' check-in. Reservations must be made in advance with membership number must be provided. All bookings are subject to availability.
3. Lounge/Bar Benefits
Twenty percent (20%) off at Tropicana Lounge, Silver Lounge and night club valid for beverages/drinks. Fifteen percent (15%) off at KTV room, graduity excluded. Non-Transferable.
4. Health & Entertainment Benefits
A. Six (6) "Complimentary Gym & Swimming" certificates for one (1) time free pass to gym and swimming pool facilities per certificate. Transferable.
B. Twenty percent (20%) off at all Recreation & Leisure facilities. Ten percent (10%) off when purchase membership of Recreation & Leisure department. Non-Transferable.
5. Parking Benefit
Free parking per dinning visit.
6. SPA Benefits
A. Ten Percent (10%) off massage services and entertainment facilities. Advance reservation required. Non-Transferable.
B. Two (2) Spa certificates valid for one (1) complimentary spa treatment when a second spa treatment of equal or higher value is purchased. Treatments must be purchased at the same time and enjoyed on the same day. Blackout dates may apply. Transferable.
7. CLUBHOTEL Benefit
Complimentary CLUBHOTEL membership card. Non-Transferable.
