Snack-A Cozinha
You can count on the express kitchen in Snack-A Cozinha for meals and snacks that are fast but not at all like fast food. Appetizers, sandwiches, hot dishes and the popular soup buffet are offered in a lively setting from just before noon until late night. The American diner-inspired décor is accented with a behind-the-counter mural of a typical Brazilian coffee plantation.

Lobby Bar
There’s something about the sounds of soft conversation, tinkling ice cubes and soothing with music that puts you in a state of complete relaxation. Such is the mood in the Lobby Bar, where friends and business colleagues gather for specialty cocktails including the Caipirinha, Brazil's national drink. Traditionally made with cachaça, sugar and lime, the bartender will also mix in a variety of fruits.
Pool Bar
The Pool Bar refreshes you from the warm Rio de Janeiro sun with a menu of cool tropical beverages and tasty light bites. Naturally, the bartender gets lots of requests for the Caipirinha, and those who prefer something sans alcohol often go for the coconut water. The Fried Shrimp with Garlic and the Fried Chicken are favourite choices for lunch or as afternoon pick-me-ups.
