Diamond Club Membership Benefits
General: The membership benefits are only valid for the duration of the annual membership. Membership card and/or vouchers must be surrendered to receive benefits. Voucher if lost are not replaceable. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or vouchers.
1 Dining Benefits
A Standard Dining Discount
Complimentary food for member when accompanied by one or more paying guests.
A. 25% off for cardholder alone
B. 50% off for cardholder and one (1) guest
C. 33.3% off for cardholder and two (2) guests
D. 25% off for cardholder and three (3) guests
E. 20% off for card holder and four (4) or more guests
- The above discounts exclude tax, gratuity, service charge and beverages/alcoholic beverages, tobacco/cigar. Not valid for specially discounted menu (food and/or beverage). Not valid for outside catering/take-away, room service. Not valid for banquet (wedding banquet, meeting).
- In the Chinese restaurants (Zi Jin, Sui Yuan) for “Live Seafood”, “Birds’ Nest”, “Abalone” and “Shark Fin” member will enjoy ten percent (10%) discount off the menu rate.
- Valid only one card per booking per table per party.
- Black out days will be applicable (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Chinese New Year Eve, Valentine’s Day)
- This benefit is Non-transferable.

B Promotional Vouchers
1. Five (5) Cash Vouchers of One Hundred (100) RMB each for food bill only. Two (2) Cash Vouchers are valid in The Café; Three (3) Cash Vouchers are valid in Sui Yuan Chinese Restaurant, IL Ponte Italian Restaurant and Zi Jin Chinese Restaurant respectively. This voucher is Transferable.
2. One (1) Cash Voucher of Two Hundreds (200) RMB for food bill only valid in Sui Yuan Chinese Restaurant. This voucher is Transferable.
3. One (1) Cash Voucher of Four Hundreds (400) RMB for food bill only when dining at hotel’s participating restaurants of a party of Eight (8) or more persons. This voucher is Transferable.
4. One (1) Complimentary Buffet Voucher for complimentary buffet dinner for two (2) persons at The Café when staying at hotel. This voucher is Non-transferable.
5. One (1) Complimentary Cake Voucher valid for two-pound (2-lbs) cake, while enjoying dinner at hotel’s participating restaurants during the week of member’s birthday. 24 hours advance reservation required. This voucher is Non-transferable
6. One (1) Complimentary Bottle of House Wine Voucher valid at hotel’s participating restaurants when Four (4) and more people dining together. Bottle may not be removed from hotel’s restaurant. This voucher is Non-transferable.
C Lounge/Bar Benefits
Fifteen percent (15%) off beverages in the Lobby Lounge or Club Bar. This benefit is Non-transferable.
2 Guest Room Benefits
A. A Preferred Member Room Rate. Ten Percent (10%) off the best public rate for all room types, single or double occupancy, valid seven days a week, upon presentation of a valid Membership Card. Valid for members and/or guest’s of members. Subject to availability. This benefit is Transferable. Member/membership need not be present at time of his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates.
B. One (1) Complimentary Night Stay Voucher valid for one (1) complimentary superior room at hotel. Upgrade to the next higher category room by paying additional one hundred (100) RMB when using this voucher. This voucher is Non-transferable.
C. Two (2) “Buy One Night Get One Night FREE” vouchers each entitling member to buy one night at five hundreds fifty (550) RMB for a superior room and get the second night free. The rate includes one buffet breakfast, not include service charge. The two nights should be consecutive. This voucher is Non-transferable.
D. Two (2) Complimentary Upgrade to Suite Vouchers each entitling member to a complimentary upgrade to a suite room for one night on “paid” bookings. This voucher is Non-transferable.
E. Flexible check in time, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time. Flexible check out time, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time. Subject to availability.
Not valid for bookings through travel agents, or for group or block bookings. Members need not be present at the time of their guests' check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest.
3 CLUBHOTEL Benefit
Member will receive One Complimentary CLUBHOTEL Membership Card. This benefit is Non-transferable.
4 Meeting/Catering Benefits
A. Member will enjoy Twenty Percent (20%) reduction on the room rental when booking the meeting room or venue in hotel. This benefit is Non-transferable.
B. One (1) “Meeting and Banquet Benefit” voucher entitling the holder Ten Percent (10%) off food only with a maximum purchase of total bill Ten Thousand (10,000) RMB when booking catering in hotel. This voucher is Transferable.
5 Health Club Benefits
A. Two (2) Free Entrance to Health Club Vouchers each valid for two (2) adults one trial access to the gym and recreation facilities. 24 hours advance reservation required. This voucher is Non-transferable.
B. Ten percent (10%) off the regular Health Club membership fees, i.e. full membership or selected membership fee, valid for new members or first time guests only. Not valid for existing gym center members. This benefit is Non-transferable.
6 Parking Benefits
Member will enjoy free parking when dining at hotel’s restaurant or staying at hotel.
7 Referral Benefits
Member will receive one (1) "Complimentary Bottle of House Wine" Voucher for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine upon submission of names of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, one of which becomes a member. This Voucher is Non-transferable.
