Club Edsa Shangri-La Membership Agreement
1. Dining Benefits
The following discounts exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages/alcoholic beverages and are valid at HEAT, Paparazzi, Summer Palace and Senju. Valid for only one card per booking and/or one card per table. Not valid for Catering. Not valid on black out dates. Non-Transferable.
- 33% for member and a guest
- 33% for member and up to two (2) guests
- 25% for member and up to three (3) guests
- 20% for member and four (4) guests up to seventeen (17) guests (with minimum charge in private rooms at HEAT, Summer Palace and Senju)
- 20% for member dining alone
2. 50% Dining Certificates
Eight (8) certificates valid for fifty (50%) percent discount on total food bill when two (2) persons are dining at any participating restaurants. Valid for only one certificate per booking and/or one certificate per table. Not valid on black out dates. Non-transferable.
3. Bar and Other Food Benefit:
• Twenty percent (20%) off at Lobby Lounge valid for food and beverage. Non-Transferable, up to a maximum of ten (10) persons per party.
• Twenty percent (20%) off at e’s bar valid for food and beverage. Non-Transferable, up to a maximum of ten (10) persons per party.
• Twenty percent (20%) off on food purchases at the Bakeshop. Valid daily from 7am to 6pm. Non-Transferable.
4. Referral Card Incentive:
One (1) certificate valid for two (2) complimentary lunch or dinner buffet at HEAT, for every two (2) successful new referrals. Not valid on black out dates. Non-Transferable.
5. Birthday Benefit:
One (1) certificate for one personalized complimentary cake when member dines at any of the Hotel’s restaurants to celebrate his/her birthday. 24 hours prior reservation required. Non-transferable.
6. Special Occasion Benefit:
One (1) certificate for one personalized complimentary cake when celebrating any special occasion in any of the Hotel’s participating restaurants. 24 hours prior reservation required. Non-transferable.
7. Dining Benefit at Makati Shangri-La, Traders Hotel, Manila and Mactan Island Resort & Spa:
Ten percent (10%) off the food bill when dining at any of the restaurants at Makati Shangri-La, Traders Hotel Manila (except Kikufuji) and Shangri-La’s Mactan Island Resort & Spa. Non-transferable.
8. Member for a Day:
Two (2) “Member for a Day” certificates to be given to a friend or a colleague which entitles bearer for regular member dining discount benefits for one (1) meal period (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Transferable.
9. Renewal Benefit:
One (1) complimentary supplementary membership card, valid for dining and laundry discounts only.
10. Third (3rd) Year Renewal Benefit
Members renewing on their third year will receive a gift certificate for Lunch or Dinner for two (2) persons at HEAT. Not valid on black out dates.-Non-transferable
11. CLUBHOTEL Benefit
Complimentary CLUBHOTEL membership card. CLUBHOTEL benefits include non transferable benefits offered by hotels participating in the membership program outside of the Philippines. Please check website at www.clubhotel.com for the complete listings.
12. Banquet Benefit
Two (2) certificates valued for Php 5,000 each to be used when member spends a minimum Php 100,000 net limited to social functions (applicable on published rates). Certificate must be presented at the time of reservation. Membership must be valid both at the time of booking and on the date of the function. Not valid for existing bookings. Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Transferable. Only one (1) certificate can be used per function.
13. Guest Room Benefit
• A preferred rate of ten percent (10%) off local rate for all room types including Suites, single or double occupancy, valid on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays check in upon presentation of a valid membership card number for members. Non-transferable. Subject to limited room allocation. Not applicable for foreigners without residency.
• One (1) certificate for each hotel, which is valid for a forty percent (40%) discount on published room rates at Makati Shangri-La, Shangri-La’s Mactan Island Resort & Spa, Traders Hotel Manila. Valid for one (1) room and one (1) night only. Transferable. Subject to limited room allocation. Not valid through periods of expected high occupancy. Advance reservations required.
• CHI Package:
Member will receive two (2) certificates for a one night stay in a CHI Premier Room at the Garden Wing with “Simply CHI Treatments” for (two) 2 at P8,500++ inclusive buffet breakfast at HEAT. ‘Simply CHI’ treatment may be given in the form of a Gift Voucher with validity of one month from date of check-in. Transferable. Not valid through periods of expected high occupancy. Advance reservations required. Valid 7 days a week.
• Weekend Package:
Two (2) certificates for a weekend Tower Superior Room Package for two (2) persons at Php 7,900++ (for two nights) inclusive of buffet breakfast for two (2) persons at HEAT. Valid on a Friday or a Saturday check in and one (1) room per voucher. Non-transferable and subject to limited room allocation. Not valid through periods of expected high occupancy. Advance reservations required. Nights must be consecutive. If member decides to stay one (1) night only, no cash compensation or discount in lieu of the second night. Not valid on December 31 and January 1.
• 2 certificates for buy 2 nights at local resident rate and get 3rd night complimentary.

• Two (2) certificates entitling member to one night stay at Php 3,500++ in a superior room including breakfast for two (2) persons at HEAT. Valid only for one (1) room per voucher. • Executive Room Accommodation:
Member will receive two (2) certificates for a one night stay in an Executive Room for P4,800++. Transferable. Valid 7 days a week. Not valid through periods of expected high occupancy. Advance reservations required.
14. Other Benefits:
a. Two (2) certificates for fifty percent (50%) off the published membership fee for the annual Health Club membership (family and single packages). Not applicable for quarterly or bi-annual membership. Transferable.
b. Two (2) certificates for one (1) week free trial of the Health Club facilities for one (1) person. The week commences from the first day of use for seven (7) consecutive days. Transferable.
c. Ten percent (10%) off on massage service at Health Club. Non-transferable not valid
at Chi, the Spa.
d. Two (2) certificates for fifteen percent (15%) off on CHI Spa Treatments. Prior reservations are required. Transferable.
e. Fifteen percent (15%) off on laundry services. Non-transferable.
