Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek Dining Plus Membership
Agreement
Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes
acceptance of the terms and conditions listed
herein:
1. Dining Benefit (Non-transferable):
Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount at participating
outlets, at any time, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people
dining.
Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership
Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • All food
and beverage must be purchased during the outlets' operating hours, and ordered
from the outlets' regular menu, including any and all special menus,
attachments, or "clip-ons" • The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable
taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) orders made off-premises, functions
or through room service; (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions
independent of the Dining Plus program; (d) all beverages and (e) meals taken as
part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package
rates.
2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable):
Member shall receive a special rate of seven hundred and fifty Dirhams (AED 750)
for a standard room accommodation and one thousand and seventy-five Dirhams (AED
1075) for a Royal Club Room • Rate not inclusive of twenty percent (20%) room
tax/service charge.
Conditions: Valid for single or
double occupancy • Reservations must be made at least forty eight hours (48 h)
in advance quoting a valid membership number • Valid only for direct bookings
made through Dining Plus or the Hotel • Members need not be present at the time
of their guests check-in • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject
to availability • Membership number must be provided at time of advance
reservation for member and/or guest • Rate restrictions apply and benefit cannot
be used in conjunction with any other promotional or negotiated special
rate.
3. Beverage Benefit (Non-transferable): Twenty percent
(20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for up to a maximum
group size of twelve (12) people • Valid in all participating outlets • Discount
shall not apply to applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities • Not valid
during ‘Happy Hour’
4. Pastry Shop Benefit
(Non-transferable): Fifteen percent (15%) discount on all take-away
cakes, pastries and breads purchased at Boulevard Gourmet • Discount will not
apply to food and beverage retail items offered at the Boulevard Gourmet •
Discount will increase to thirty percent (30%) after 8.00 pm; not valid for
pre-ordered items.
5. Laundry Benefit
(Non-transferable): Thirty percent (30%) discount on all laundry and
dry cleaning services.
6. Certificate Booklet: Each
member will receive one (1) set of Dining Plus Certificates, containing the
following certificates for use at Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek, terms
& conditions as printed on each certificate:
a. 4 x AED 200 Cash
Certificate (Non-transferable): Four (4) cash certificates to the value of two
hundred Dirhams (AED 200) each, for full or part payment of the following hotel
facilities:
All participating food & beverage outlets, room service,
Boulevard Gourmet, Fitness Club, Al Mansour Dhow, conference
& banquet facilities and room accommodation.
b. 1 x AED 50
Cash Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) cash certificate to the value of
fifty Dirhams (AED 50), for full or part payment of the following hotel
facilities:
All participating food & beverage outlets, room service,
Boulevard Gourmet, Fitness Club, Al Mansour Dhow, conference
& banquet facilities and room accommodation.
c. 1 x
Birthday/Anniversary Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for one
(1) complimentary bottle of alcoholic or non-alcoholic house wine/sparkling to
be enjoyed ONLY when dining. Valid at any participating outlet.
d. 1 x
Special Occasion Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a
thirty percent (30%) discount off the total bill. Subject to a minimum booking
of eight (8) people and a maximum of twelve (12) people. Valid at any
participating outlet.
e. 1 x Palm Grill House Wine Certificate
(Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary bottle of
house wine on a minimum order of four hundred Dirhams (AED 400) as per menu
price, valid at Palm Grill.
f. 1 x Breakfast Buffet Certificate
(Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary breakfast buffet for
two (2) people, valid ONLY at Boulvar.
g. 1 x Brunch/Lunch Buffet
Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary
brunch/lunch buffet including soft drinks for two (2) people, valid ONLY at
Boulvar and the Friday Fun Food Festival for guests staying at the Hotel.
h. 1 x ‘Member for a day’ Certificate (Transferable): One (1)
certificate for a one-time use of the ‘Standard Dining Benefits’. Valid at any
participating outlet.
i. 2 x Banquet & Catering Bookers Reward
Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for one (1) complimentary
dinner for two (2) on a minimum spend of 15,000 AED or one (1) complimentary
dinner for four (4) on a minimum spend of 30,000 AED or one (1) complimentary
‘Dine & Stay’ certificate for (2) people on a minimum spend of 50,000 AED on
the purchase of any banquet or catering function been held and paid
for.
j. 2 x Complimentary Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): Two (2)
certificates for a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room
category.
k. 2 x 3 nights for 2 Certificate (Transferable): Two (2)
certificates to get the third night free, when the first two (2) nights are
paid, at members preferred rate.
l. 1 x Complimentary Extra Bed
Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary extra
bed.
m. 1 x Early Check-in/Late Check-out Certificate (Transferable):
One (1) certificate for an early check-in at 10.00 am and a late check-out at
3.00 pm.
n. 1 x Special Weekend Rate Certificate (Transferable): One (1)
certificate for a special rate of six hundred and fifty Dirhams (AED 650) net.
Valid from 1st September – 15th June.
o. 1 x Special Summer Weekend Rate
Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a special rate of five
hundred and fifty Dirhams (AED 550) net. Valid from 16th June – 31st
August
p. 2 x Health Club Outdoor Pool Certificate (Non-transferable):
Two (2) certificates for a complimentary day visit to enjoy the Fitness Club and
Outdoor Pool facilities for two (2) people.
q. 2 x Stay Fit Certificate
(Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a twenty five percent (25%) discount on
the annual Fitness Health Club Membership for up to two (2) people.
r. 1
x Special Massage Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a
twenty-five percent (25%) discount on the hotel’s massage facilities, for guests
staying at the Hotel.
7. Referral Card Incentive (Non-transferable): Upon
submission of the names of a minimum of five friends or colleagues to be
solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for each such friend
or colleague who purchases a membership one (1) complimentary Lunch or Dinner
Buffet for two (2) people including soft drinks, valid ONLY at
Boulvar.
Conditions: One (1) person needs to join to
qualify • A maximum of two (2) certificates per Member per membership
term.
8. Renewal Benefit (Non-transferable): Member
shall receive a ‘Thank you’ cash certificate and a complimentary spouse
membership card.
